PURPOSE: A head band including a cooling instrument is provided to cool heat generated on a head of a user continuously and efficiently by supplying the cool air with that the compressed gas is expanded and by discharging the refrigerant, the cool air of which is exhausted. CONSTITUTION: The head band including the cooling instrument includes many instruments. A heat insulating material is filled in a band body(20). A textile fixing object(22) is stuck in the band body(20) and is fixed on the head of the user. A band fixing instrument(90) is installed on the end part of the band body(20) and is extended to the appointed length for being contacted with the head of the user. Many gas barrel receiving clips(30) has entry portions(34) and receiving groove portions(32). A compressed gas barrel(10) has the compressed gas for generating the cool air. A gas connecting instrument(40) supplies the gas to a gas conveying tube(26). A gas opening and closing instrument(50) is installed in the gas conveying tube(26) and opens and closes the gas conveyed through the gas conveying tube(26). A gas discharging instrument(70) discharges the cool air to the outside in recharging the gas.
