PURPOSE: A color pencil lead is provided to supply a color pencil including a color pencil lead displaying the color according to the color of the added paint and to form the pencil lead according to the specific characteristics of the black lead. CONSTITUTION: The color pencil lead includes a few progresses. In the first progress, the black lead powder is decolored in the vacuum state with hydrogen peroxide or ozone of the volume more than the black lead quantities by two times for about 3 hours. In the second progress, TiO2 with 10-15% of the black lead weight and many kinds of color paints are added in the black lead powder and they are stirred. In the third stage, the pencil lead is formed with a method for forming a normal pencil lead. Thereby many kinds of color pencil leads are manufactured and used.
