METHOD FOR LOADING FINE GUN POWDER AND DEVICE FOR LOADING DETONATOR CONTAINER

PURPOSE: A fine gun powder loading method and a detonator container loading device are provided to easily load detonators especially a liquid emulsion blend detonator in a horizontal blaster as well as a vertical blaster, to prevent loss of the detonator even if the blaster is slit and to equally load the detonator in the blaster. CONSTITUTION: A detonator container(10) consists of: a pipe type body(13) having a gunpowder storing space and an opened end; a cap member(20) selectively combined with the opened end of the body, with a percussion cap insertion; a connector loading or unloading many detonator containers in a blaster(1), between the body and the detonator container; and a guide unit forming a gap between the blaster and the detonator container to prevent the short-circuit of a percussion line. A loading device(100) comprises: a holder member(110) with a sliding unit; a rotating member rotated in the holder member; a placing unit(133) arranged in a X-shape by a rotating pin; a loading member with an operating unit integrally formed with the placing unit; a bias member elastically biasing the loading member to the rotating member, in the loading member and the rotating pin; and an operating knob(150) rotating the rotating member. After the detonator container is fixed to the loading member, the loading device is pushed into the blaster. Then, the loading member is shrunken and separated from the detonator container.
