摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating exhausted heating gas. The conventional art has a disadvantage in that reuse of exhausted gas is impossible because of lack of an apparatus to recover exhausted gas, and temperature difference between the inside and the outside of a processing chamber causes air condensation in an inlet and an outlet of the processing chamber, thereby causing condensation water to contact processing materials and poor processing. Further, the conventional art has a disadvantage in that it takes quite some time to preheat fresh air flowed into an inlet and outlet of a processing chamber, thus causing difficulty, inefficiency, and inconvenience, and wastes energy to preheat flowed fresh air. The present invention provides an apparatus for treating exhausted heating gas, comprising: a first heat-recovery part (2), wherein exhausted gas in a processing chamber (1) having an inlet (11) and an outlet (12) is sent by the operation of a blower a (14) to an exhaust duct (13) comprising a first heat exchanger (21) having an absorption port (21a) and an exhaust port (13), and said exhaust port (21b) having a blower b (22) is connected a delivery duct (23) connected to a processing chamber (1); a second heat-recovery part (3), wherein a second heat exchanger (31) having an absorption port (31a) and a draining port (31b) is positioned on an exhaust duct (13) of said processing chamber (1), and a pump a (32) is positioned on said absorption port (31a); a temperature control part (4), wherein a third heat exchanger (41) is positioned on an absorption port (21a) of said first heat exchanger (21), an absorption port (41a) and an exhaust port (41b) of said third heat exchanger (41) are connected to a draining port (31b) of a second heat exchange (31), a valve a (42) and a valve b (43) are positioned between them and an absorption port (41a) of a third heat exchange (41), a temperature sensor (44) is positioned on an exhaust port (21b) of a first heat exchanger (21), and a said valve a (42), said valve b (43), and a temperature sensor (44) are connected; and a wet-purifying part (5), wherein an absorption duct (51) connected to an exhaust duct (13) of a processing chamber (1) is positioned on one side of a purifying main body (50), whose upper part is divided and lower part contains detergent, the exhaust duct (13) having a blower c (55) is positioned on the other side thereof, and a draining pipe a (54) having a drain valve (53) is formed on the lower part thereof, thereby reusing exhausted heat and saving energy. Further, the present invention prevents air condensation in an inlet and an outlet, thus reducing poor processing caused by contact of condensation water to processing materials, as opposed to a conventional device. Cooling and condensation of contaminants in a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger, and purification of the detergent by a wet-purifying part enhances efficiency of purifying exhausted heat, thus preventing environmental contamination. Further, as recovered heat can be used for preheating fresh air flowed inside, the present invention can save energy and reduce processing hours, thereby enhancing efficiency and productivity of processing.</p>
