PURPOSE: A land mine remover using water and air is provided to find all kinds of buried mines, to expose the mines with high pressure water and compressed air, and to explode or collect the exposed mines. CONSTITUTION: A land mine remover consists of: a driving body such as an armored motorcar; a water tank(15); a water pressurizing device(14) pressuring water; a water injecting nozzle(2) injecting compressed water; a compressor(11) compressing air; a compressed air injecting nozzle(1) injecting compressed air; a mine removing explosive; an explosive box(7) storing the explosive; an explosive charging arm(6); and a mine collector(4) collecting relatively safe but highly explosive anti-tank mines. Then, the water injecting nozzle injects compressed water to the ground surface of a minefield and the injecting direction is adjusted by a driver. Further, the compressed air is injected to the ground surface of the minefield for exposing land mines. After that, the mine removing explosive explodes relatively sensitive mines and the mine collector collects relatively safe but highly explosive anti-tank mines. |
