摘要 PURPOSE: A weight vector detection method for an array antenna is provided to easily calculate the weight vector by using an algorithm which minimizes the cost function. CONSTITUTION: The antenna components are arranged with a predefined interval and the downcoverters demodulate the received signal at the antenna component, respectively. The demodulated signals are despreaded at the despreading units and transmitted to the multipliers. The signal processing unit detects the weighting vector from the despread signals. The multipliers transmit the signal multiplied by weighting vector to the adders. The weight vector detection method includes the steps of predicting and generating(S1) the initial weighting vector(W0), receiving(S2) the new demodulated signal(x), calculating(S3) the output value(y(t)) by using the equation of y(t) = W¬H x, calculating(S4) the gradient value Δ by using the equation of Δ = (y/x - N)x/x1, updating(S5) the weighting vector by using the equation of w(k+1) = w(k) - u (Δk), normalizing(S6) the updated weighting vector(w(k+1)) by using the equation of w/norm(w), and determining(S7) whether new demodulation signal(x(t)) is arrived.
