PURPOSE: To provide a laminate electronic components manufacturing method, by which the manufacturing efficiency of laminated electronic components can be improved by shortening the time required for performing a step of working green sheets for forming a through-hole row, etc. CONSTITUTION: Since a worked green sheet is detached from the outer peripheral surface of the other drum and an unworked green sheet is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the drum, while a prescribed working is performed on the green sheet attached to the outer peripheral surface of at least one drum of two or more drums by projecting a laser beam upon the sheet, expected working can be performed continuously, without having to interrupt the working for attaching and detaching the green sheets to the from the outer peripheral surfaces of the drums.
