PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming the internal pressure part of a battery case for charging is provided in which the battery case for charging is not deformed at a certain pressure or less, and has a safety groove so that the battery case for charging is opened by the pressure when the internal pressure part is under a certain pressure or more. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for forming the internal pressure part on the surface of a battery case for charging by press operation of series of continuous process, the apparatus comprises a clamp (100) on which a plurality of punches are installed according to the process and which is integrally moved up and down; a spring member (200) installed at the lower surface of the clamp at the front of a punch part in the internal pressure part forming process in several processes so as to generate a certain force; a pressing material (300) which is installed with contacted to the lower side of the spring member (200), and the end part of which is projected from the lower surface of the clamp (100); a vertical transfer member (400) which is formed at the lower side of the pressing material (300) so as to convey force with contacted with the pressing material (300) as the clamp (100) is descended; and a vertical transfer member (500) the one end of which is contacted with the lower side of the vertical transfer member (400), wherein left and right displacement due to the surface is generated due to the surface contact according to up and down movement of the vertical transfer member (400), the internal pressure part is formed by tapered surface contacting a mold with the other end of the vertical transfer member (500), thereby pressing the mold.
