LOW CORROSIVE SNOW-REMOVING AGENT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL AFFINITY AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A low corrosive snow-removing agent with environmental affinity is provided to efficiently remove snow and not to be noxious to crops and/or soil by comprising specific compounds used as food additives, calcium formulation for fruit trees or agent for reforming the quality of soil instead of known harmful additives. CONSTITUTION: The snow-removing agent composition comprises calcium chloride as a principle component and calcium formate, coloration indicator and other additives as assisting components; especially, 92-99.5 wt.% of the calcium chloride (CaCl2.2H2O); 0.5-5 wt.% of sodium benzoate; 0.01-2 wt.% of calcium formate; 0.01-1 wt.% of calcium hydroxide; and 0.0001-0.0003 wt.% of coloration indicator. The composition is prepared by mixing all of the liquid and solid components with a rotating screw having a rotating rate of 25-30 rpm in a mixer at 60-90 deg.C. The liquid components are applied to the solid components in a weight amount of 3-5 weight parts to 100 weight parts of the solid components.
