PURPOSE: An earphone case and a wire with an electromagnetic wave absorption function, and a manufacturing method of the earphone and the wire are provided to effectively protect a user using a cell phone from the effect of the electromagnetic wave. CONSTITUTION: The earphone case with an electromagnetic wave absorption function is manufactured by firstly adding an electromagnetic wave absorption material into PC(polycarbonate), ABS(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), or PC/ABS to make pellet resin, and extruding the mixture to make pellet resin, and finally forming the earphone case by an injection molding method of the pellet resin. The wire with the electromagnetic wave absorption function is manufactured by coating a mixture of the electromagnetic wave absorption material, PVC(polyvinylchloride), PE(polyethylene), or XLPE(crossline polyethylene) on a copper or copper alloy wire.
