PURPOSE: Integrated circuit possessing differential signal line balancing intorsion is provided to reduce an effect of capacitive connection and equalize/ balance a pair of differentional resistors to transit them. CONSTITUTION: In the device , each of routings(6,10) is allowed to pass through two metal layers. In addition, each of routing(6,10) is allowed to pass through the same number of vias(9,13,14,15) provided with the same number of bent parts. Also, the length and width of each routing(6,10) is made almost the same in the both metal layers, so that each routing(6,10) can be exposed to the same sidewall crosstalk. As a result, this new twisting design can realize suppression of signal deterioration, strengthening of signal separation, and acceleration of the clock of an integrated circuit. |
