PURPOSE: An integrated air bag system with an invisible slit line is provided to apply one mold to a reference specification and a selective specification, to reduce the development time of the mold, and to enhance durability and rigidity by processing a crash pad without an additional cover. CONSTITUTION: An air bag system consists of: a slit line(11) continuously having laser processed holes(13); a chute(20) having an opening(21) at the center; a hinge plate(30) as a hinge unit(33) having many unevenness units(35) and a bent angle(34); a reinforcing frame(40) combined with the opening of the chute; and an air bag module(60) to be installed in a crash pad(10). Herein, the air bag module consists of assembling pieces(61) having several assembling holes. |
