PURPOSE: A design public participation/application method using an information communication network and a recording media capable of being read from a computer in which a program is recorded are provided to attract a designer's interest by providing design information to a client who makes a request for various and creative ideas of designs. CONSTITUTION: A design information database is constructed using design public participation information inputted from a client/user terminal(S100). Member information is inputted from a client/user(S200). A request signal for design public participation/application is inputted from the client/user terminal(S300). In case that the request signal for registration is inputted from the client/user, the design public participation/application information is inputted from the client/user(S400). In case that the request signal for participation is inputted from the client/user, designs relevant to the request signal are searched. After that, a winning design is selected through selection standards(S500).
