PURPOSE: A method for the odor removal and non-effluent treatment of livestock excrement is provided, which reduces the source of odor gas fundamentally, uses the livestock excrement as a resource of liquid fertilizer for organic farming, and so prevents contamination of rivers. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises as follows: (i) collect excrement at a sump tank (4) through a hopper (2); (ii) separate solid and liquid at a solid-liquid separator (5) and transfer urine to an aeration tank (12a) of an urine treatment tank (12) and solid to a compost container (14), in the aeration tank ozone being aerated; and (iii) a settling tank (12b), in which oxidized urine is fed and settled, the clear water being fed to an evaporator (16) and flock of microorganism, the settled liquid, being recycled to the hopper (2).
