PURPOSE: A device for improving cerebral blood flow is provided to improve the cerebral blood flow and to relieve brain fatigue of modern people and to prevent geriatric diseases as palsy or imbecility. CONSTITUTION: The device for improving cerebral blood flow includes a body(10), the first air hose(12), the second air hose(13), a control line socket(20), assistant power sockets(21A, 21B), a power socket(23), an on/off button(15), a mode selecting button(16), an increasing button(17), a decreasing button(18), an operating button(19). The body(10) controls the circumference instruments by a controller. The compressed air is supplied to each band through the first air hose(12) and the second air hose(13). The control line socket(20) supplies the control signal for controlling a hair band and the circumference instruments. The assistant power sockets(21A, 21B) drive an assistant stimulator. The outer power is supplied to the power socket(23). The controller begins and stops by the on/off button(15). The blood flow improving mode, brain waves control mode and sleepiness preventing mode are set up by the mode selecting button(16). The control condition is set up by the increasing button(17) and the decreasing button(18). The control mode is operated by the operating button(19).
