PURPOSE: A portable telephone charging apparatus is provided to be capable of easily charging a portable telephone without using a battery for a charger. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell plate(1), a digital power state checker(2), a telephone receiving part(3), a power terminal(4), a chargable battery(5), a power controller(6), a power line(7), a power switch(8), and a power supply terminal(9) are provided. The solar cell plate(1) converts solar energy into an electricity, which is divided into positive and negative electricity. The positive and negative electricity is supplied to the chargable battery(5) and a portable telephone through the power supply terminal(9).
