PURPOSE: A water vapor condensing device and a thermal combustion device is provided, which can remove even dioxin adsorbed to water vapor by condensing the water vapor and remove white colored vapor containing byproducts generated from an incinerator or a furnace by condensing them. The system can also remove gaseous pollutants entraining ozone by thermal combustion. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a horizontal main body (6) that has a cooling chamber through which coolant flows for condensing moisture contained in the gas and has a porous plate installed at the inlet to distribute gas; and (ii) an electric furnace for burning gaseous pollutants.
