PURPOSE: To stabilize oscillation despite of increasing the frequency ratio of the first frequency band to the second frequency band. CONSTITUTION: A resonance circuit 8 connected between the base and the collector of an oscillation transistor 1 is provided with an inductance element 10 having an intermediate tap 10a and having one end grounded, a varactor diode 11 connected in parallel to the element 10, and a switch transistor 13 to be switched on or off. One of the collector and the emitter of the transistor 13 is connected to the tap 10a and the other is grounded.
