SOYA MILK ADDING SWORD BEANS AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Soya milk adding sword beans that contains protein, blood corpuscle agglutinin, and concanavalin, as well as vitamin A, C that soybeans do not contain is provided. Therefore, one can drink high nutritive soya milk removing the fish-like smell of soya milk. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing soya milk adding sword beans comprises the steps of: (i) a first step to soak dried soybeans and sword beans in hot water of 50-70 deg.C respectively for 20-40 minutes and 2-4 hours, and mix in a ratio of 94-96 : 4-6 ; (ii) a second step to pulverize and filter with a 150-250mesh sieve, and then adjust its density up to 9-10Brix; (iii) a third step to boil at 70deg.C for 3 minutes, and seal up in a pack; and (iv) a fourth step to sterilize under high pressure at 100-105deg.C for 15 minutes to prevent decomposition.
