PURPOSE: Provided is a sanitary napkin which consists of a collecting and transporting component to prevent manstural fluid or virginal fluid from trickling. CONSTITUTION: The sanitary napkin is characteristically composed of a upper layer(3), a lying layer(4), and absorption layer(6), wherein the absorption layer is located between the upper layer and the lying layer. It further comprises a collecting and transporting component(10) which is located vertically in the center of a manstural pad(1) and of which both ends are linked to the upper layer.
