PURPOSE: A conductive and pyrogenic rubber is provided to have no risk of trouble or fire since snap of wire is not caused when repeatedly folded and unfolded, require no oxygen during pyrogenic procedure, be not harmful to human, and be easy to carry or handle. CONSTITUTION: The rubber comprises 45-55% by weight of silicone rubber, 35-40% by weight of carbon and 5-20% by weight of copper components. The components are mixed to generate heat. The rubber is used for industrial articles such as tire, tube, belt, hose, shoes, and other rubber products. The rubber has no risk of trouble or fire since snap of wire is not caused when one folds and unfolds it repeatedly. Also, the rubber is not harmful to human. |
