PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leucocyte removing/recovering filter apparatus used for removing and recovering a leucocyte, made easy to perform aseptic operation and improved in convenience to a large extent. SOLUTION: In the leucocyte removing/recovering filter apparatus, a means for connecting a leucocyte recovering fluid introducing means is provided on the upstream side of a leucocyte removing filter 4 and a means for connecting a leucocyte-containing liquid recovering means is provided on the dowanstream side thereof or a means 5 for connecting the leucocyte recovering fluid introducing means is provided on the downstream side of the leucocyte removing filter 4 and a means 3 for connecting the leucocyte-containing liquid recovering means is provided on the upstream side thereof.
