SOLUTION: A femtosecond laser is used, plural machining forms located with a predetermined spacing are simultaneously machined by sublimation, or two ore more kinds of different materials are substantially simultaneously machined by sublimation in one machining process, or machined by sublimation by converging the beam to the level not smaller than a predetermined energy density inside the work is transparent to the laser beam at its wave length, or by making a material B located inside the work irradiated by the laser beam.</p>
