PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction due to sticking of foreign matter such as dust and powder dust, to a sliding part of a pin storing hole and the tip of a centering pin in punching. SOLUTION: Plural centering holes 61 are arranged in order to center a punch and a die, plural centering pins 63 capable of engaging with corresponding respective plural centering hole 61 are arranged retractably from pin storing holes 65 arranged to a die block 25. Plural caps 89 consisting of a frame body base part encircling the surrounding of the pin storing hole 65 and a shift boot part having flexibility are arranged in a punch block 23. A barrel part to be fitted into the tip part of respective centering pins is arranged roughly at the center of the shift boot part and is freely elevating together with respective centering pins 63. The centering pin 63, in an either case of ascending/ descending, is in a state in which the pin is covered with the cap 89 from the tip part of the centering pin 63 to the surrounding of the pin accommodation hole 65. Since a foreign mater is not intruded into the sliding part of the pin accommodation hole 65, the centering pin 63 is prevented from generation of a malfunction due to foreign mater.
