PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supplying sterile water capable of maintaining the desired concentration of effective chlorine in sterile water which is supplied to hands, fingers or the like. SOLUTION: This sterile water supplying device has a sterile water generator 1 which generates sterile water by electrolyzing an aqueous solution in which a sterilizing raw material is mixed, and suppties diluted sterile water by mixing the sterile water with diluent water such as city water. In the device, a flow rate sensor 32 for detecting the flow rate of the diluent water, a flow rate controlling valve 31 for controlling the flow rate of the diluent water and a controlling means for controlling the opening degree of the flow rate controlling valve 31 according to the flow rate detected by the flow rate sensor 32 are provided. Thereby, e.g. when the ratio of the amount of the diluent water to that of the sterile water is higher than an appropriate value, the amount of the diluent water can be controlled to be appropriate by reducing the opening degree of the flow rate controlling valve 31 and lowering the ratio of the amount of the diluent water.
