PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a playing machine wherein initialization of the whole RAM of a discharge controlling apparatus can be easily and performed without fail when it is intended in the playing machine wherein a back-up power source is provided in the RAM of the discharge controlling apparatus for controlling discharge of the value of playing from a discharging means and even when the power source is stopped, at least a part of RAM data is backed up. SOLUTION: Power source supply to an RAM 33 of the discharge controlling apparatus 30 from a logic power source circuit 14 and a backup condenser 15 can be made to turn off and on by pulling out and inserting connectors 41 and 42. It is possible thereby to easily and intendedly destroy check data in the inspection region of the RAM 33 and when the power source is turned on again and a reset signal inputted into a CPU 31 is inputted, the whole RAM is made clear.
