PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house a slide mechanism which makes a rack member movable forward and backward in the height or thickness of the rack member to utilize a maximum display space. SOLUTION: A shelf board 18 is supported by a pair of brackets 15 supported by a pair of right and left columns 11 via the slide mechanism 17 in such a way as to be moved forward and backward. The slide mechanism 17 is constituted of fixed-side rails 27 each fixed to the inner-surface sides of the brackets 15, first movable-side rails 28 each fixed to the back-surface side of the shelf board 18, second movable-side rails 29 each arranged between the rails 27 and 28, and rollers 39, 57, and 58 arranged between the rails 27 and 28. Each of the rails 27 and 28 constituting the slide mechanism 17 is provided with such a shape as to be housed in the height of the side-wall surface 18C of the shelf board 18.
