PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the excessive curing of a material, to improve processability at the time of manufacture and workability at the time of forming work, to prevent the generation of a crack and to enhance tracking resistance, erosion resistance and arc resistance. SOLUTION: Low density polyethylene is used as a main material and an olefinic resin and a fire retardant are compounded with this main material and, if necessary, a processing auxialiary agent and an oxidation inhibitor are respectively compounded therewith in appropriate amounts.
