PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot hand allowing the transfer of works such as foods packaged with small bags and gripped in number at a time to the next process and setting of spaces between gripping columns to be increased or decreased corresponding to spaces between the works by using a remote controlled servo motor. SOLUTION: A frame 2 long in one direction is provided at the upper part and a plurality of gripping columns 4 fixed to a base plate 9 are suspended thereunder at equal spaces, so that a pantagraph 6 is driven with the operation of the servo motor 3 to increase or decrease spaces between the gripping columns 4. Because the base plate 9 smoothly runs along the frame 2, a sliding rail 12 and a slider 13 are provided between the frame 2 and the base plate 9. A detachable work gripper 15 for a work W is provided at the lower end of each gripping column 4 and a rotating cylinder 14 is provided thereabove for rotating the work gripper 15 and changing the direction of the work W.
