PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for improving all performance of drain performance, maneuvering stability performance and noises up to a satisfactory level. SOLUTION: At least a single rib-like main land part 5 substantially extending in parallel to a tire equatorial surface 4 is arranged in a central area 2 of a tread part 1. Plural inclined main grooves 7a, 7b slantingly extending to the equatorial surface 4 are arranged toward the tread ends 6a, 6b from the central area 2 to form first inclined land parts 8a, 8b between these inclined main land grooves 7a, 7b. At least a single first circumferential directional thin groove 9 substantially extending in parallel to the equatorial surface 4 is arranged in the rib-like main land part 5, and the first circumferential directional thin groove 9 is featured by having a cross sectional shape becoming wide in the groove width W1 in a groove bottom position and becoming narrow in the groove width W2 in a tread part tread position. |
