The invention relates to a method for the establishment of entry authorisation to a public event, whereby authorisation is granted, or, in particular, sold to people, before entry and the entry authorisation of the person entering is checked at the time of entry, in the vicinity of the event. The aim of the invention is to resolve the technical problem of improving said method and corresponding device for establishing the entry authorisation to a public event, such that the reliability of the entry authorisation recognition is improved and to avoid the possibility that someone can lose their acquired entry authorisation. Said aim is achieved, whereby, upon sale of the entry authorisation, the fingerprint of the person concerned is taken and stored, such that, at the point of entry, the fingerprint of the person is taken and compared with the stored fingerprint, access being permitted on correspondence of the fingerprints. The invention further relates to a device for establishing the entry authorisation to a public event, comprising at least one sales point (1), for entry authorisation of people and at least one entry control point for checking the entry authorisation of people, whereby the sales point (1) has at least one fingerprint sensor (3) and at least one computer unit (4), for storing the fingerprints taken by the fingerprint sensor (3) and the entry control point (2) has at least one fingerprint sensor (6) and a computer unit (7), for comparing the fingerprints taken by the fingerprint sensor with the fingerprints stored at the point of sale. |
