PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the quality of a foamed molded object by improving the density irregularity of the respective regions of the molded object, to reduce an ageing time and to enhance productivity. SOLUTION: Compressed air CA is supplied to a raw material tank 2 housing raw material beads comprising a foamable resin while controlled to a low pressure of 0.03-0.6 kg/cm2 by a tank pressurizing valve 21. In this case, the control pressure value Pc of a cavity 11 is set to a range of (the control pressure value Pt of the raw material tank 2-0.01 to 0.3 kg/cm2) and the pressure of the cavity is controlled by filling exhaust valves 41, 42 to perform filling operation.
