METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DATA MANAGEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily and highly efficiently take out an additional 2-D image from 3-D volume data obtained from an ultrasonic inspection. SOLUTION: For each 2-D image saved by an operation of a book mark saving means, an image parameter setting of corresponding 3-D volume data at a point of time when the 2-D image is saved is automatically saved. By an automatic saving function executed by the book mark saving means, the saved basis 3-D volume data can be surely taken out in an image constitution set when a desired 2-D image is saved.
