摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low substitution degree hydroxypropyl cellulose which gives a heavy granule, increases fluidity, increases the content of a granule in filling it into a capsule decreases the weight deviation of tablets stroked at a high speed, gives a good tongue feeling of a medicine and decreases the problem of stop of a flow during granulation in a fluidized bed, to provide a solid tablet containing the same and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes a process of preparing an alkali cellulose by soaking a pulp in an alkali solution, a process of reacting the alkali cellulose with a hydroxylpropylation agent such as propylene oxide, and the like, to make the obtained product to be in a complete solution state, a process of crystallizing it by neutralization with an acid, a washing process, a drying process and a process of pulverizing it to obtain a pulverized particle having a volume average diameter of less than 25μm measured by a dry laser diffraction method, a soft bulk density of not less than 0.29 to less than 0.40 g/ml and a rigid bulk density of not less than 0.55 g/ml.
