PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding device for composite materials to which a cooling device with which the extruding direction of the composite materials is made into the same direction as the rotary shaft of a movable wheel and changing work of a die and nipple, setting of the optimum heating temperature and performance are satisfied is attachable. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the movable wheel, a die box engaged with a covering material supplying part of the surface of the outer peripheral groove and the nipple and die which are incorporated its this die box and the axes on which the core wire of the nipple and die of which are passed through is taken as the same direction as the rotary shaft of the movable wheel. This device has an exclusive stand for the die box which is engaged with the surface of the outer peripheral groove and movable forward and backward to the movable wheel, a recessed part is formed on the side of the engaging face of the exclusive stand for the die box and the die box is set in this recessed part. The cooling device and heating device are attached and, moreover, an extruded material cooling device and a core material heating device are attached to the die box.
