PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throwaway tip and a throwaway type rotary cutting tool capable of improving precision of a right angle wall surface to the right angle wall surface in a workpiece to be processed without generating formation of a protruded wall surface due to a part left uncut. SOLUTION: In this throwaway tip 10, a constitution of is employed, of a curved cutting edge part 18, of convex-curvature form as seen in the front view, and having different height from a seat surface at a starting end 18a on the closer side to an auxiliary cutting edge 13 and at a terminal end 18b on the farther side from it, formed in a main cutting edge 12. In this throwaway rotary cutting tool, a constitution provided with the throwaway tip 10 of above constitution is employed.
