PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring apparatus capable of restraining bubbles generated by stirring from being included in a liquid. SOLUTION: This stirring apparatus comprises a plate-time member opened in the center part and so installed as to inscribe the outer circumference between the uppermost part of a stirring blade and the liquid surface.
