PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition capable of elongating a tack-free time, simultaneously capable of suppressing the crack without changing a curing rate, and capable of providing a silicone rubber useful for a sealing material or the like for a building material which is often applied at the site. SOLUTION: This room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition is characterized by (A) 100 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane represented by general formula (1): HO(SiR12O)nH [wherein, R1 is a same or different 1-10C (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon; and n is an integer of >=10], (B) 0.1-30 pts.wt. silane compound having two or more hydrolyzable groups bonded to silicon atoms in one molecule, or partially hydrolyzed product thereof, and (C) 0.1-0.5 pt.wt. organic zirconium compound, included therein.
