PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise and prevent damage to a wheel or a rail. SOLUTION: This crane 10 travels on a pair of the rails 12a, 12b laid in a curve to the right direction. A curvature radius of the rail 12a positioned inside is r1, while a curvature radius of the rail 12b positioned outside is r2. The crane 10 has a beam 14; and first and second wheels 18, 19 provided in both end lower parts of the beam 14 in the longitudinal direction, traveling on the rails 12a, 12b. Rotational drive parts rotationally drive the first and second wheels 18, 19. A control part selects a curving direction of the rails 12a, 12b and controls one of the first and second wheels 18, 19 positioned inside in the curving direction such that its rotation speed is reduced as compared to the other rotation speed according to the curvature radii r1, r2 of the laid rails 12a, 12b.
