摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling mechanism capable of certainly peeling a carrier tape and reducing a facility cost, by employing a simple and inexpensive mechanism having an operation mode adequate for a peeling operation of the carrier tape. SOLUTION: A rotation arm 1525 is rotatable about an output shaft 1526a of a driving motor 1526. The rotation arm 1525 engages with a peeling head 1525 through a cam roller 1524. The peeling head 1521 straight moves to erection directions (right and left directions in a diagram) of a tape material TP by reciprocation and rotation of the rotation arm 1525.
