PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion nozzle of a foaming apparatus giving foamed foods having various shapes. SOLUTION: The foaming apparatus 1 furnished with the extrusion nozzle 10 is composed of a cylinder barrel 2 and a screw 20 drivable in the plasticizing direction and the extrusion direction in the cylinder barrel. The extrusion nozzle 10 has nozzle holes 14 having various shapes such as triangular shape, square shape and heart shape.
