PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost with a simple structure. SOLUTION: End shafts 2, 3 are fixed to both ends of a fountain roller 11 rotatably supported to frames 4, 5 via ball bearings 8, 10. A heater 16 is loosely inserted into a hollow part 2a of the roller 1 and a hollow part 2a of the shaft 2, and fixed at its one end to a support plate 14 fixed to a metal 7. The other end is supported to a plain bearing 18 engaged with a blind hole 3a of the shaft 3. A surface temperature of the roller 1 is detected by a temperature sensor 20, and a power regulator 22 is operated by a controller 21 so that the surface temperature becomes constant. |
