PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape cutter capable of previously folding the tip of one side of an adhesive tape before cutting it easily peeling off the adhesive tape adhered to a packet material or the like. SOLUTION: This tape cutter comprises a gear A 4, a gear B 7, a frictional clutch 8, a lever 9, a rotor 11 rotating with pulling out of the adhesive tape, and a hinge 5 with a spring inclined by a spring force so as to form a sag part 3b for allowing the adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape between the hinge 5 and a blade 6 to always face inside when the tape is cut by the blade 6 and then the lever 9 is pushed down.
