PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy absorption effect on load downwardly acting on a fender panel. SOLUTION: A vertical wall part 14B of the fender panel 14 is secured onto an upper wall part 26E of an apron member upper 26 through a mounting bracket 50 mounted to both end parts in the front and back direction of the vertical wall part 14B of the fender panel 14. When the load approximately downwardly acts on boundary between a hood panel and the fender panel 14, a part of the fender panel 14 near the boundary between the fender panel 14 and the hood panel is downwardly deformed by relatively low load.
