PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding which incorporates a reinforcement by monolithic blow molding in such a manner that the reinforcement is not exposed externally and thereby the blow molding appears presentable and shows high strength and a high utility value as well as a blow molding device capable of manufacturing this blow molding and a blow molding method therefor. SOLUTION: In the blow molding device equipped with a pair of mold halves 1, 2 which are freely openable and a parison supply device 3 which supplies a parison into a space between the mold halves 1, 2 from above, the parison supply device 3 supplies a bottomless parison from above, and below the space between the mold halves 1, 2, a support device 5 for supporting the reinforcement to be interposed in the blow molding, is provided in a freely ascending/ descending manner by a lifting means 6. The reinforcement is arranged at an appropriate position between the opened mold halves 1, 2 and the bottomless parison is supplied to the reinforcement from above so that the reinforcement is covered by the bottomless parison. Then the mold halves 1, 2 are clamped and the parison and the reinforcement are chucked into the mold and then are blow-molded. |
