PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily recognize brake intervention by using a motor- driven steering system. SOLUTION: In this recognizing method of asymmetrical brake intervention in a vehicle mounted with the motor-driven steering system, this device is provided with a process of detecting wheel displacement by a factor except for a steering wheel 7 when a brake intervenes in dirigible road wheels at vehicle traveling time, a process of discriminating wheel displacement by a factor except for the asymmetrical brake intervention from the detected wheel displacement and a process of recognizing brake intervention on the basis of the discriminating result. |
