PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing film having high storage stability in high humidity environment and having good feel for touch by band and a package comprising the same. SOLUTION: In a packing film wherein a layer containing a hydrolyzable material (hereinbelow referred to as 'fixture layer'), the basis weight (a weight per a unit area) of the fixture layer is 10 g/m2 or less and a multiplied value of the basis weight of the packing film and the moisture permeability thereof is 2,000 (g/m2h.g/m2) or less. An object to be packed is covered with the packing film and the peripheral part of the packing film is sealed to form a package.
