PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a number of dewatering holes in a nylon bag to be used as a dewatering bag, instead of a dewatering bag or dewatering container which is available in a market. SOLUTION: A closeable case 3 having a roller 1 mounted at an upper jaw portion and a receiver 2 at a lower jaw portion is used to grip the nylon bag or grip and slide the same, so that a number of dewatering holes can be made in portions where cutting edges of the roller 1 stuck in the nylon bag.
