PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vinyl chloride-based composition excellent in weather resistance, impact resistance and extrusion moldability. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding a vinyl chloride- based resin with a polymer blend comprising a graft copolymer and a rigid copolymer at a weight ratio of (95:5) to (20:80) wherein the graft copolymer is obtained by graft copolymerization to a crosslinked rubber polymer made mainly from an acrylic ester of a vinyl monomer and the rigid copolymer is obtained by emulsion polymerization of monomers composed mainly of methyl methacrylate and has <=0.4 specific viscosity.
