PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electroconductive thermoplastic resin composition, cheap and light, excellent in electroconductivity, stable in a corrosive environment, excellent in processability, mechanical characteristics, surface smoothness, or the like, and capable of favorably used specifically for the purpose of antistatic and as a shield to an electromagnetic wave. SOLUTION: This electroconductive thermoplastic resin composition contains a minute carbon fiber, the minute carbon fiber contains boron or a boron compound at 0.1-3 wt.% as boron atom to the carbon in the minute carbon fiber, the diameter of the minute carbon fiber is 0.01-5μm and the aspect ratio is 10 or higher, and the content of the minute carbon fiber is 0.1-50 wt.%.
